Penny Domm grew up in the Finger Lakes region of New York, where her mother's tireless commitment to community service influenced her dedication to the healing arts. Penny Domm learned the value of complementary and alternative medicine through the experience of her rural upbringing. Her family raised their own food and cared for their animals, and the family doctor was a chiropractor.
Penny Domm is an accomplished athlete and scholar. She learned to snow ski as soon as she learned to walk. Penny Domm earned USTA National Junior Ranking (tennis) as a teenager and went on to attend Ithaca College (NY) on a soccer scholarship. She also played tennis in her freshman year and distinguished herself for four years on the Ithaca varsity crew team. She is an avid golfer.
In 1994, Penny Domm received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College- Los Angeles (CA). She began her healing arts career with a Massage Therapy Certificate from the Morris Institute (NJ). In 1984, she received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health from Ithaca College (NY) and the following year, she completed dual graduate degrees: Master of Science, Exercise Physiology (Athletic Training) and Master of Science, Sports Psychology (1985). In the capacity of Athletic Trainer, Certified and Chiropractic Physician, Penny Domm has worked with the following sports teams: New York Giants Football, U.S. Women's Soccer, U.S. Women's Pro Volleyball, Portland Forest Dragons (Arena Football) and Portland Power (Women's Pro Basketball). In her chiropractic practice, she works with Olympic athletes and other athletes involved in range of professional and recreational sports: baseball, crew, cycling, distance running, football, ski racing, softball, tennis, track and field.
For more than 15 years, Penny Domm has been a dedicated volunteer of her professional services to sports and philanthropic events in California and Oregon: AA Sports Limited events, California AIDS Ride, City of Ventura Corporate Games, GSGRA Regional Rodeo, TAC Ultra Marathon and The City of Los Angeles Marathon. In 2004, Penny Domm served as Medical Coordinator for the Bridge to Bridge Run, Hood to Coast Relay, Race for the Roses, ADA Summit to Surf and TYR Women's Triathlon.
Since 1986, Penny Domm has been awarded three academic appointments at WASC accredited colleges: Associate Professor of Exercise Science and Physical Education, Montclair State University (NJ), Assistant Professor of Health Sciences, West Coast University (CA) and Staff Clinician and Adjunct Faculty Member, Western States Chiropractic College (OR).

Kimberly Queen earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (1997) and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (1998) from Western States Chiropractic College (OR). She completed her undergraduate curriculum at San Francisco City College (CA) and California State University-Hayward. Kimberly Queen transitioned from a business career to medicine when she left Chevron Corporation in the mid-1980's to study massage therapy at the McKinnon Institute (CA). For 6 years, she managed a successful massage therapy practice in San Francisco and her greatest fulfillment came through her work with HIV/AIDS clients. This experience inspired her undergraduate dissertation, "A guideline for the assessment and management of HIV/AIDS patients." In 2006, Kimberly Queen participated on the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners Delphi Panel; she developed practice recommendations for evidence-based chiropractic. She is recognized nationally as a Certified Medical Examiner (2006) and she is certified as an Independent Medical Examiner for the Oregon Workers Compensation Division (2007). Kimberly Queen is currently enrolled in the post-graduate Diplomate Program in Chiropractic Forensic Science through the University of Bridgeport (CT).
Kimberly Queen is an accomplished athlete and coach. She competed in basketball and softball in high school and college. She received numerous honors for her athletic achievements including the prestigious Coca Colaź Award for Best High School Athlete (1981). Kimberly Queen is a Brown Belt in Kenpo Karate and rigorously studied the Kajukembo mixed martial art. She was appointed Coach, Women's Junior Varsity Basketball at Castro Valley High School (CA) and Instructor, Kenpo Karate at Women's Kenpo Karate School in San Francisco (CA). She was honored in 1992 for her athletic accomplishments as Sports Woman of the Year at the San Francisco Cable Car Awards.
Kimberly Queen's personal motto is "docere, sanare". The Latin translation is "to teach, to heal." This personal maxim informs her practice on a daily basis. She strives to help each patient understand their health issues and take an active role in the healing process. Kimberly Queen also extends her compassion and expertise to the Portland community as an educator to organizations and public and private schools: Columbia River Sew'ers Association, Everest Institute-Tigard, Jackson Middle School Basketball, Nursing Mother's Council, Parkinson's Support Group. In 2002, Kimberly Queen was appointed Adjunct Faculty, Department of Clinics at Western States Chiropractic College (OR).
Kimberly Queen maintains a popular and highly respected family and sports medicine practice. She treats patients of all ages who suffer from acute and chronic illness and she works with Olympic athletes and other athletes involved in a range of professional and recreational sports: basketball, cycling, distance running, rock climbing, softball, waterskiing. Dr. Kelly Morgensen is a retired doctor of chiropractic. She attended the Southern California University of Health Sciences (Los Angeles) where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology (1988) and Doctor of Chiropractic (1989). Upon retirement from chiropractic practice and teaching, she established a consulting practice: The Healing Arts Coach. She is currently pursuing her second doctorate in the field of naturopathic medicine.
Kelly Morgensen has dedicated her professional life to building a bridge between complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and conventional medicine. Her focus is on the education of CAM practitioners regarding best practices for high quality patient care and empowering CAM providers to effectively communicate, collaborate and network with medical practitioners. In her consulting practice, she also provides advice to CAM professionals regarding healthcare operations and healthcare laws and policies related to billing, coding, documentation, information privacy and risk management. She provides one-on-one coaching for leadership development and physician practice management. Since 1999, Kelly Morgensen has been affiliated with Aspen Chiropractic Clinic (OR). She was instrumental in developing the Aspen brand and currently consults with clinic members in the role of Compliance Manager. She produces the clinic website aspenforhealth.com and publishes the clinic brochures and newsletter.

Cameron Reinlasoder is a licensed massage therapist. In 2002, Cam received his Massage Therapy Diploma from Montana School of Massage (MT). In 2010, Cam received his Certified Chiropractic Assistant licensure from the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Cam Reinlasoder is skilled in a variety of soft tissue massage techniques, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports and Swedish. Over the years, he has co-treated patients of physical therapists, personal trainers, naturopaths, acupuncturists and chiropractors. Cam believes that different modalities of bodywork and exercise contribute to the healing process. His therapeutic approach combines Swedish with deep tissue massage and gentle stretching, and emphasizes injury prevention, stress reduction and relief from pain.
Cam is credentialed with American Specialty Health Systems (ASH) and Complementary Healthcare Plans (CHP) to provide in-network massage services to Health Net, Kaiser, Providence and other insureds who are enrolled in alternative medicine health plans.
